Park Royal - Office Renovations
Fit out renovation to transform a 4800 sf space into a dynamic, contemporary office space for the Nch'Kay Development Corporation. Our services included construction management and hands-on execution of the fit-out work. To promote sustainability and resource conservation, the project adhered to responsible waste management the salvage and restoration of existing finishes.
West Point Grey - Beauty Center
Full base building upgrade and fit out to turn this 3000sqft commercial space into a modern beauty center featuring a skincare and pharmaceutical retail space, a laser skincare treatment center, and a doctor's office. Services included construction management, fit out work, and interior space renderings.
Granville St - Respite Shelter
Fit out renovation to transform this old bar space into a modern respite to provide shelter for Community Builder's Group. The project included structural retrofit work, building upgrades, and fit outs to provide up to 12 complex-care residents with a safe space to transition from Vancouver's streets to longer term housing.

Interior renovations for a bank in downtown Vancouver
Architectural Concrete Entrance Feature and Landscaping Walls
Concrete planter wall entrance feature. Curved planter walls on a rolling/sloping slab surface with over 15ft in total elevation change. Formed entrance stairs, curved walkway planter walls, stepped retaining walls, timber frame pedestals, and a utility access enclosure.
BC Children's Hospital Controlled Entrance Structure
Fabricated and erected a galvanized steel entrance structure for the therapeutic gardens on level 5 of the TACC building. Also fabricated and installed stainless steel guardrail strips around the perimeter of the garden.
Hamilton Village Suspended Driveway
Over 150ft of suspended concrete driveway between Hamilton Village buildings. The driveway was supported by 18in diameter piles with a connecting drop beam and tied into the existing slab to the south.
